Celebrate Halloween with the Bloorcourt BIA! Come by Westmoreland Parkette for a free pumpkin and enjoy a fun-filled afternoon with the whole family.

Event Highlights:

  • ✨ Raffles and prizes for the best costumes (categories: dogs, kids, and adults)
